ABOUT ME

GENERAL

› Client must credit the artist if posted or used online
› I reserve the right to decline any request at my discretion for any reason.
› I reserve the right to post WIPs /finished artwork on my social media and portfolio.
› Please respect my art style. Do not request me to imitate or copy another artist's style.
› Clients may not use the Artist's work in AI training or NFT work

PAYMENT

› Payment is accepted via PayPal, Stripe
› For commercial commissions, I accept either full payment or a 50% deposit before starting the project.
› No refunds once the project has started.

WORK FLOW

› Once you send your request details, I will calculate the price and send an invoice.
Please make 50% or full payment upfront before the work begins.
› I will share updates Sketch → Lineart & Base Color → Full Rendering → Animation/Rigging
› The estimated turnaround time is 2–3 months, depending on the queue. (Please plan ahead or inform me in advance if you have a specific deadline.)
› Communication is held through Discord or Email only.

REVISIONS

› Up to 5 revisions are allowed. Small adjustments are fine, but major changes outside the given request details may incur an additional fee.
› If revisions are requested, please allow an extra 1–2 weeks for completion.
› If I make a mistake or don’t follow the given request details, I will fix it free of charge.

pDELIVERY

› Final files are delivered digitally via Email (or other agreed method).
› Files will include all necessary model data (PSD / moc3 / physics3.json / textures).
› Files will be stored for 60 days after completion. please make sure to back up your files

ADDITIONAL FEE

› NDA privacy fee +20% : Applies if the project must remain private and not shown in portfolio or showcase
› Commercial Rights +100% for individual / +200% for company
